PROPERTY VALUATIONS

Property Valuation involves assessing and determining the market, forced sale and reinstatement values of a property. Banks require the client to provide a security in respect of granting of a loan. The security is mostly in the form of an immovable property such as a building. These properties need to be valued to assess their current market price. HFC Realty conducts property valuations as requested by clients who are in the process of accessing loans from financial institutions.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

It refers to the management of investment properties (residential and commercial) on behalf of individuals and corporations. A percentage of income is charged on rental income. This involves the estimation of the cost of construction of a property.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This is the process of ensuring that a project is completed within the scheduled time and budget whiles ensuring quality delivery. It involves the mobilisation of funds, resources (material and human) and coordinating them to meet to ensure the expected outcome. HFC Realty has successfully managed the O’Sullivan Estates, University of Ghana/HFC Bank Joint Project, Bepowso Estates and HFC Bank branches. HFC Realty manages residential, commercial projects and is also into site development.
