HFC Realty Company is wholly owned by HFC Bank Ghana Limited. It was incorporated as a private limited liability on May 14, 2003 and began operations in February, 2006. It is the property investment and management subsidiary of the Bank.

The company’s mission is to ‘hold, develop and manage real estate in the country’.

HFC Realty develops, maintains and market houses and also provids a wide range of services including property management, valuation, real estate consultancy and project management.
